confidential basis before conducting interviews and presenting a shortlist to the client. Executive Search is pro-active and very focused by nature, especially suitable for highly confidential assignments or for vacancies where there
is a very tight candidate specification and a limited field of potential applicants.
Where confidentiality is not a priority, Executive Search can be successfully combined with Advertised
Recruitment to provide maximum penetration and coverage of the market.
Advertisements are usually under DWG's name although the client's name can, of course, be included.
